1. Overview of the consume.net project (Julian, 
James and Vaughan). 

Description of the main areas of the project.

[a]	routing and network design - developing routers and software installations.

[b]	peering and license development - developing the legal framework

[c]	resources - faqs, archive, knowledge-base, communication and press, 
	topography, web tech.

[d]	rooftop to desktop - aerials and hardware

2. Indentify list member interests. eg organisation, router solutions, resourses....

(from which we should arbitarily select 5...)
3. Accounts of experience and other networks and legal issues.	

4. Plan of action to complete pilot phase in EC2
	Instalation of antennas at pilot sites
	attachment of CONSUME nodes 
	testing of coverage and effectiveness 
	public announcement of establishment
